Depending on your circumstances, there are a number of solutions available to you that can help lower your monthly debt repayments and get out of debt at a rate you can afford.

Once we know a little more about your financial situation, we will be able to tell you about the options available to you. Then if you wish to go ahead, our preferred debt solution providers will be able to take care of all the arrangements for you.

Debt Arrangement Scheme (DAS)

If you live in Scotland and are struggling to keep up with debt repayments, a Debt Arrangement Scheme could help you repay debts at a rate you can afford. A DAS stops lenders from taking legal action while you repay your debts and will also stop further interest and charges being added to your debts.

With a DAS you could:

Lower your monthly debt repayments, freeze interest and charges, stop lenders from contacting you

To find out if you qualify for a Debt Arrangement Scheme simply complete the enquiry form and a friendly member of our team will get back to you.

Please note: as you will be paying your debts at a reduced rate than what you originally agreed with your lenders, the time it takes to repay your debts will increase. Your credit rating will be affected in the medium to long term and the DAS will be listed on a public register. If the DAS fails, there could be a risk of sequestration.

A DAS approval is dependent on creditor acceptance but can be overruled.
